Villa Kya

Clean geometry, warm timber and an open outlook.

Broad glazing and a stepped living arrangement connect the interior to the view. White surfaces give the rooms clarity, while timber ceilings and warm furniture add a more tactile character.

Material character

Timber ceiling planes, white architectural surfaces, glass and pale textiles.
