Botanica Modern Loft

Living spaces that open towards the pool and garden.

The sloping roof and timber soffit establish the villa’s character. A wide opening joins the lounge to the terrace, while the interior keeps the furniture low and the circulation clear.

Material character

Timber ceiling finishes, pale flooring and glazed openings.
